Track Your Order
How To Track Your Order Once your order ships, your order history page will contain its tracking details. Using the "Track Order" option will show your tracking details and provide you the direct tracking link on the carrier's website. Shipping Services We ship primarily with UPS and USPS. If the days-in-transit figure indicates that the order will be delivered on a Saturday, we may ship your order with UPS as USPS does not offer this service. Orders that are under a certain weight, or that can't be delivered by UPS are sent through USPS. This includes orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
How to Create and Account
Creating an account is simple, and will occur automatically as you place your first order. There is not a way to create an account before placing an order. How to Checkout and Create an Account Once all the items that you'd like to purchase are in your cart, please click the cart icon and "checkout". Our site will prompt to you log in. Enter your preferred email address then select "first time customer" when prompted if you'd shopped here before. This will present you with an option to enter your shipping and billing details, and finally select a password before placing your order. Submitting the order will then automatically create a new account that you may access anytime with your email address and the password that you selected.

No Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Health and Safety Concerns:
    • Herbal products are often consumed or applied to the body, and there may be concerns about the potential for contamination or tampering. To ensure the safety and well-being of customers, businesses may choose not to accept returns to prevent the risk of accepting products that have been opened or used.
  2. Quality Control:
    • Maintaining the quality and integrity of herbal products is crucial. Once a product leaves the store or warehouse, it may be challenging to guarantee that it has been stored properly or has not been compromised in some way. To ensure quality control, We opt for a strict no-return policy.
Shipment Returning To Sender
If your order was not able to be delivered and the carrier returned it to us, we'll email you as soon as the package arrives back to our warehouse. Our 'order returned - update address' email that we'll send you contains instructions for correcting the address and reshipping your order, or canceling it and receiving a refund. There may be return to sender fees involved. We'll know more once your package is returned to us.
Shipping and Delivery
UPS and USPS UPS Ground Shipping and USPS Shipping may vary depending on the weight. For 1 ounce its $5.75. Please keep in mind that the shipping time estimates next to our Ground Shipping options are estimates, and do not guarantee delivery in that number of days. Expedited Shipping Options UPS Second Day and Next Day rates are calculated based on weight and distance. To learn more, please visit our shipping page. PO Boxes We’ll gladly ship your order to a PO Box address with USPS for $7.75. Business Hours and Shipping Schedule Weekday orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday, or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday or as soon as possible if we are experiencing high volume. We do our best to provide estimated times in transit, but please note transit time vary by carrier and distance, delivery may be extended past estimated days in transit. Please allow ample time for your order to arrive.
