Shipment Returning To Sender
If your order was not able to be delivered and the carrier returned it to us, we’ll email you as soon as the package arrives back to our warehouse. Our ‘order returned – update address’ email that we’ll send you contains instructions for correcting the address and reshipping your order, or canceling it and receiving a refund. There may be return to sender fees involved. We’ll know more once your package is returned to us.
